Where is Tart Sweets located?

We are a made-to-order bakery in Winston-Salem, NC specializing in cupcakes, candies, and gift baskets. We deliver our sweets directly to our customers and ship across the United States.

Can I order a mixed dozen?
Currently, cupcakes are only available in one flavor per dozen for standard size and one flavor per two dozen in mini size. Sorry, we cannot mix a single dozen.

Can I pick up my cupcakes/cake/basket/sweets?
Not yet, but hang in there and hopefully we’ll have something figured out soon. Delivery is typically only about $5, though... think of the gas you'll save!

Why do you need two days to complete my order?
Because your order is made when you order it with fresh, local ingredients! We believe it is better to wait a day longer and have the freshet cake possible than to eat frozen cake.

Do you have a minimum order for cupcakes?
Yes, our minimum is one dozen standard size or two dozen mini size with one flavor choice.

Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, delivery for the surrounding Winston-Salem, NC area is typically between $5 and $10. Again... just think of the gas you're saving!

What sizes do your cupcakes come in?
Our cupcakes are available in both standard and mini sizes. Standard size cupcakes are sold by the dozen. Mini cupcakes are sold by the two dozen.

Do you do weddings?
Yes. Email us or call 336.793.6216 to discuss your event. We have several cupcake towers for rent and the ability to set up your sweets for an additional fee.

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, please email us to purchase gift certificates. Minimum value is $15, maximum value is $250.

Can I send cupcakes as a gift?
Of course! Just let us know what you want, where to deliver them and when. A gift card is included at no additional charge – just tell us what to write. We will deliver your cupcakes, complete with a flavor card and a big, beautiful bow.

How are your cupcakes decorated? Can I make a special request for my event?
Cupcakes come with flavor specific decorations that will allow you to distinguish between similar looking flavors. Fondant decorations are available at an additional per cupcake charge. Pricing varies based upon quantity and complexity of design. Please email us or call 336.793.6216 for more information regarding handmade fondant decorations.

I have allergies, am a vegan, and/or don't eat gluten. Is there anything for me?
Why, YES! French Macarons are naturally gluten free. We offer vegan chocolate cupcakes with your choice of several vegan buttercream frostings. Allergies? Please contact us with your special request and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate nut-free allergies because many of our products contain nuts.

Do you ship cupcakes/cakes?
No, we only deliver cupcakes and cakes to the surrounding Winston-Salem, NC area. We do ship poundcakes, gift baskets, candies, and French Macarons... shop here.
